Aren’t Christian Lives of Importance inBrussels?

“Why doesn’t the Belgium court consider Hassan
Nasrallah, Secretary General of Hizballah, and
Yasir Arafat for charges of terrorism? They both
have blown up European and U.S. Embassies,
hijacked planes in the past, murdered American and
foreign diplomats, including a Belgium diplomat,
all over the world.”—

US invites Terrorist to July 4 Shindig

U.S. HESITANT TO DECLARE TANZIM AND FORCE 17
TERRORIST GROUPS; INVITED BARGHOUTI TO JULY 4
PARTY AT  CONSULATE—(Jerusalem)

Marwan Barghouti, the Fatah leader whom Israel
accuses of directing Palestinian violence in the
West Bank, received an invitation to the American
Independence Day
celebration at the U.S. Consulate in Jerusalem.
Barghouti said he was unable to attend because of
an IDF closure on Ramallah, where he lives. The
invitation highlighted an inconsistency in U.S.
policy towards Fatah and its military wing,
Tanzim, which
Barghouti leads. While American officials
acknowledged in the past that the groups have
participated and encouraged acts of violence
against Israeli targets, this week the State
Department expressed reservations about an Israeli
request to include the two organizations on its
list of terrorist organizations. (Jer. Post, July 17)

U.N. PEACEKEEPERS BRIBED to allow kidnapping of Israeli Soldiers

SOURCE CLAIMS U.N. PEACEKEEPERS BRIBED BY
HIZBULLAH TO ALLOW
KIDNAPPING OF ISRAELI SOLDIERS
(Jerusalem) A report in the Israeli newspaper
Maariv alleges that Hizbullah guerrillas
bribed U.N. peacekeepers in southern Lebanon
before kidnapping three Israeli soldiers on
October 7. An unnamed “very senior” source said
the militants paid off dozens of Indian members of
the U.N. Interim Forces.  U.N. investigators
headed for the Middle East yesterday as part of an
internal inquiry into the mishandling of a
videotape that could shed light on the abduction.
The videotape, filmed by an Indian officer in southern
Lebanon 18 hours after the kidnapping,  reportedly
shows the Hizbullah militants who abducted the
soldiers. Hizbullah chief Sheikh Hassan Nasrallah
warned it would consider the U.N. to be spying for
the enemy if it hands over the 30-minute videotape to
Israel (A.F.P., July 12; Jer. Post, July 18)

Black criminals exploit collapse of law and order in Cincinnati

This is what you get when racist thugs like Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson
intimidate the police and politicians from doing their jobs.

Cincinnati in grip of a crime wave months after riots
By Steve Miller
THE WASHINGTON TIMES

Cincinnati is in the grip of a crime wave with 77 persons shot in 59
incidents since riots rocked the city in April.
Police say the violence, six times the normal figure, has enveloped the
black community in this normally peaceful city.
"We are losing control of our streets," said Keith Fangman, president
of the Cincinnati Fraternal Order of Police.
Hamilton County Prosecutor Mike Allen is expected soon to visit the
Over-the-Rhine neighborhood, ground zero of the almost exclusively
black-on-black crime wave, and announce a grand jury pronouncement on the
man who engaged in a shootout with police last week.
His unprecedented visit to the troubled neighborhood, which has almost
four times as many single-mother families as married-couple families, will
not be announced publicly. The streets may not even be safe for one of the
most visible law-enforcement figures in the city.
"There is no use in inviting trouble," said one aide.
Police in the city of 331,000 have formed a 60-officer task force to
combat criminals who are finding opportune sanctuary in the aftermath of the
April riots.
Three days of rioting followed the police shooting of a black teen-ager
in Over-the-Rhine. The black community accused police of racial profiling
and cited several black men killed by the 1,000-officer police force since
1995 as proof that something was amiss at the department.
Police now are trying to find a middle ground between a
racial-profiling mandate passed by the city council in May and their
appointed duties of patrol and keeping the peace.
"Our discretion has been limited in the midst of fallout from the
riots," said Cincinnati Police Lt. Ray Ruberg. "The racial profiling forms
policy also went into effect in May, and a lot of officers now feel they
have to articulate for every stop and that, in turn, will limit stops.
"What was once suspicion has turned into probable cause," he said.
Last week, a black doctor was shot as he drove his car, caught in the
cross fire of a robbery.
In a July 4 drive-by shooting, a man sat on the passenger-side door of
a car and shot over the roof, hitting a man in the back. Investigators found
more than 20 spent rounds from .25-caliber, .380-caliber and .45-caliber
weapons on the street.
A white man was severely beaten by at least one black assailant in the
late hours of Saturday night. The suspect was arrested Monday; the victim is
critical.
Also Saturday, a man attempting to hijack a stopped car was caught in
the act and fled police. In the ensuing chase through several neighborhoods,
the suspect fired at least 20 shots at two officers, police said. The
suspect was apprehended when his weapon jammed.
The shootout ended one block from where 19-year-old Timothy Thomas was
shot while fleeing police on April 7. Since then, violence and political
battles that have transformed Cincinnati into a hotbed of unrest.
"It’s like the killing fields, it’s like the Wild West down here," Mr.
Allen said. "There is still the same lawlessness that went on during the
riots. And the criminals know that police are now reluctant to take action."
The numbers substantiate Mr. Allen’s view. The city has seen 59
shooting incidents since April; during the same period last year, there were
nine shootings. Arrests since April are down 50 percent; traffic stops have
dropped 60 percent.
"This city has never seen this level of violence," said Mr. Fangman of
the local fraternal order of police. "This is an epidemic of crime."
In a pessimistic note to union members, Mr. Fangman wrote in a recent
FOP newsletter, "If you want to make 20 traffic stops a shift and chase
every dope dealer you see, you go right ahead. Just remember that if
something goes wrong, or you make the slightest mistake in that split
second, it could result in having your worst nightmare come true for you and
your family, and City Hall will sell you out."
Mr. Fangman said yesterday that Cincinnati is part of a national trend,
joining Seattle and Los Angeles as cities where police will not enforce the
law in black neighborhoods for fear of being sued, being cited or being
accused of racism.
City councilman Phil Heimlich, one of the few council members who has
been supportive of the police department, accuses Cincinnati’s black leaders
of running a "protection racket."
"The politicians and the mayor have been pounding on the police for the
last three months," Mr. Heimlich said. "Officers now have to fill out a form
every time they stop anybody for the purposes of this race-profiling effort.
And the message has gotten out on the street. The criminal element now
thumbs its nose at the police. I think that is what explains all of these
shootings."
Mayor Charlie Luken did not return calls.
The Rev. Clarence Wallace, who has led the Carmel Presbyterian Church
for 23 years, said the crime wave is indicative of an economically starved
culture that has created its own environment.
"They have created the criminal culture," he said.
Mr. Wallace said the lawlessness will subside when the city’s black
community is given financial help.
"We have asked for help in these pockets of the city," said Mr.
Wallace, part of a loosely knit panel called Group of Concerned Clergy. "And
so far, we have heard nothing. We know it will not be a quick solution, but
until some of these communities are strengthened, you are going to have this
crime."
Another group of activists this week announced a boycott of all city
events.
The first targets are this weekend’s popular black musical festivals,
the Kool Jazz and Ujima Cinci-Bration events.

Legalize

How about the war on drugs folks?  Can anyone argue against the fact
that if drugs were legalized, it would be harder for kids to get then
it is now.  It wouldn’t be sold on the street anymore!  Sure, some say
that we would have more addicts but would we really?  Did we get tons
more alcoholics when alcohol was re-legalized?  No, we ended up
ruining the business for a lot of gangsters and cronies.  It made
companies like Heineken and Shipyard Ale possible.  What would
Milwuakee be without beer???

Just because alcohol is legal doesn’t make it any better than pot!!
In fact, it’s worse because you get more intoxicated, there is a
greater addiction factor, a greater child abuse and neglect factor for
alcoholics than there is for people who smoke pot.  I could go on.

I can’t advocate doing hard drugs because I have never and will never
try them.  However, I don’t believe that a free society should impose
moral laws on its citizens.  Especially in such a self-defeating way!!
Legalize drugs, tax the crap out of them to make it too expensive for
kids (like they’re doing with cigs and beer, hey, the price hike got
me to quit three years ago!), use the money to educate the public
about the dangers and help people to quit and the #1 thing we could do
with this is….

MANDITORY DRUG TESTS FOR WELFARE RECIPIENTS.  IF YOU ARE FOUND WITH
ANY ILLICIT DRUG IN YOUR SYSTEM, NO MONEY FOR YOU!!!

But what about the children??  Easy, they don’t belong there in the
first place(parents are on drugs) and with the new 17.7 billion being
saved after no longer funding this foolish war, there are better
treatments for mom and the kids can either go into a better funded
foster home or stay with a responsible relative until mom is clean.

Any takers?

FBI's missing files or computers: Who stole them?

*** post for FREE via your newsreader at post.newsfeeds.com ***

FBI’s missing files or computers: Who stole them?

Could Israeli agents be responsible for the theft"
by Aslam Abdullah

FBI is missing 184 laptop computers — at least one containing classified
material — along with 449 weapons. The missing laptops include 13 that
are thought to have been stolen. One of the missing computers is known to
contain classified material and three others might have classified
material, said officials from the Justice Department and FBI, who spoke on
condition of anonymity.

The FBI has roughly 50,000 guns and 13,000 computers. Officials say the
FBI is in the process of tracking down the whereabouts of each one of
them.  The one lost computer that contained classified information was
used by a field office in connection with two investigations that were
closed within the last few years, officials said.

Who is the thief? Or is the scare tactic by the agency? Or the laptops and
weapons are buried in the storage areas of the FBI? These and many similar
questions will be raised during the next few weeks.

If the computers are stolen, who could be the potential stealers. FBI is a
very tight knit agency and it is almost impossible for any terrorist group
to infiltrate its ranks.  It is even more difficult to remove a piece of
paper from the agency without undergoing the strict scrutiny.  It seems
that the stealers, if there are any, may come from a group who are
considered friendly by the agency. These friendly people have used FBI for
their purposes in the past. For instance, the ADL and the American Jewish
Committee have used FBI resources to extract information about Arab and
Muslim activists in the country. Is it likely that the Pro-Israeli
elements may be responsible for the theft of such sensitive computers? The
possibility cannot be ruled given the fact that Jonathan Polllard spied
for Israel and during the Clinton-Lewisnky affair, the Israeli
intelligence was allegedly monitoring the White House phone lines.

Israel has a strong network in the country and our friendly ties with the
pro-Israeli elements make the rulers of Tel Aviv less likely to be
involved in this case. However, no other friendly country has ever spied
on our leaders or used our secret agency for its purposes. No other
friendly country hired agents like Pollard to pass on sensitive
information to it secret service. Also, no country, other than Israel,
ever defied our embargo on selling technology to those who are deemed as
worst violators of human rights.

Israel is perturbed with the growing population and votes of Muslims and
Arabs in the country. Its agents are monitoring every movement of Muslim
and Arab political institutions and leaders on a systematic basis. There
exists a possibility that Israel might like to see all the information
concerning the activities of its agents as stored in FBI files. Israel
might like to know whose cover from amongst its agents has been blown up.
Israel might also like to see the FBI sources about Islam and Muslims. For
all these reasons, the possibility of an Israeli hand in the missing
computers should not be ruled out. The FBI officials should look at this
possibility closely. If the possibility is a reality then the country
would benefit from such an investigation, if it is only a speculation,
than the FBI would be in a better position to explain to the country that
the usage of the agency’s resources by the ADL or AJC in the past was an
exception.

"Sorry VA"

This message should be sent to all Congressmen on behalf of all disabled
Veterans and their families and widows whether you served or  not.

Message sent to the following recipients:
Representative Gillmor

Message text follows:

 [recipient name was inserted here],

Even though the Veterans Administration has been sued successfully on 4
different occasions on the issue of Retroactive benefits to widows and
disabled Vietnam Veterans,  they continue to stall and take an outrageous
amount of time to get anything done.  The last judge denied interest
payments on the awards and that is the problem.  When one owes the
Government they are the first ones to want to charge penalties and interest
on the money.  The judge had stated that there was no provision in the law
for interest on these awards.  Hey Judge,  how about a little common sense
or common sense reading of the law.  If the government can charge it,  they
can pay it.  Although the judge was rather disturbed with the VA for
ignoring previous lawsuits and trying to undermine the decisions,  he
played right along with them by his stand on interest.  There is no
Government Agency that is more incompetent than the Veterans
Administration.  Many Veterans have died while waiting for benefits that
Congress provided to them.  It often takes more years to get relief than
the number of years served.  So the insult to Veterans is that not only
did they waste four years of their life in service in the military,  but
after the government lied to them and exposed them to cancer,  they now
have to serve another 4 to five years while the incompetent VA tries to
stall decisions that for the most part should never take over 6 months in
total.

That is absolutely why the Government should be FORCED to pay these
Veterans interest on the awards.  Too many Veterans have nothing but the
cancer that the government provided.  Making them wait three,  four or
five years just to get the compensation they are due is an outrage.  And
if the Congress or the Bush Administration cared at all about Veterans
they would approve interest payments on the awards from the time they
should have been paid. This would end the Sorry practice of taking forever
to handle a claim, while the Veterans dies.  Then at least the wait would
be without the government hurting the Veterans even more as the Veterans
have to borrow money to live on.

If that was not bad enough.  The Bush Administration has now sent letters
to 243,000 veterans telling them that if they owe the government money
they will start taking it out of their Social Security checks.  This would
not be so terrible except that too many Veterans may have money coming
from Vietnam Compensation claims that the government is doing nothing to
help.  And as incompetent as the VA is,  the money may not even be owed in
reality.  I had the same problem with them.  They made an error on posting
a payment and like with everything else when you write them to correct the
problem it just gets worse.  In my case as well,  if they hadn’t taken
forever to process my claim I wouldn’t have owed the money at all.  They
too were going to charge penalties and interest and attach any other thing
they could until I finally got some partial approval of my claim.  But I
had to have others intercede as they paid no attention to my letters until
congressmen were finally involved and this was all for about $40 that they
incorrectly posted.  So I find it appalling that they are now threatening
these Veterans to attach their Social Security checks to get their money
now when some of these same people have been waiting years to get the VA
benefits they should have had.

For any of you people that voted for Bush.  Just look at what he has done
to Veterans and what he continues to do to them while he attempts to give
all the wealth to Big Business and his cronies.  How outrageous.  It is
time to throw all of these Congressmen that lie to your face about
Veterans benefits out on their ears.  Petition them for recalls.  Then
they will maybe have to run twice in the next couple of years.  We need
more independents in Congress and then we can impeach.

Which is the foreign politics of the U.S.A.?

The Department of American State has made to know that soon it will violate
the treaty ABM. This after USA have decided:
-to go back on the treaty of Kyoto
-to go back on the fiscal heavens (recycling of dirty money from weapons
and drug)
-don’t undersign the treaty against the nuclear tests
-don’t undersign the treaty against the bacteriological weapons
-to be against to every limitation in the production and sale of light
weapons.
This is the American foreign politics: the world is a reserve and its
inhabitants are of the savages.
Therefore the USA don’t care of the few international treaties that have
undersigned.
