Re: Fairness in Florida – STATEMENT BY JOE LIEBERMAN, Nov 26

Unfortunately we have a bunch of right wing Republicans
who refuse to give our constitution and the ballots
the right time of day.  The republicans feel it is more important
to declare victory before a competition is complete.
The Republicans feel confident that screwing the voters is the
right thing to do.

The ballots have been counted multiple times. The non-votes have been passed
through the counting machines two times. They are not in a corner waiting to
be looked at for the first time. The only important thing to Al Gore is that
the counting continues until he wins. He could give a rat’s ass about the
will of the people. The fact is after counts and recounts the result has
stayed the same – Bush wins. Accept that and move on.
