Not so. The west has become considerably more wealthy, more healthy, and
happier than 1914. The average house size is larger, people own cars, nobody
sane starves to death, people live an extra 20 years. In other words, the
west has progressed considerably. To claim, as you do, that "the west has
been in decline since it started ww1" is just a flat out lie as anyone who
looks out of the window will see.
I’m happy to see the muslim world hasn’t stood still since that time too.
But think of what it’s missed. How much progress has it made since 1914?
